Learn about our history and legacy

Our Story

Founded in 2015, Liga Idolos de America has grown to become one of the most prestigious amateur soccer tournaments in the region. What started as a friendly competition between 8 local teams has evolved into a highly anticipated annual event.

Our mission is to promote the beautiful game of soccer, foster community spirit, and provide a platform for talented players to showcase their skills. Over the years, we've seen incredible matches, spectacular goals, and unforgettable moments that have become part of our rich history.

The tournament follows a knockout format, with teams competing in quarterfinals, semifinals, and a grand final. Each year, we welcome back returning teams and introduce new challengers, ensuring the competition remains fresh and exciting.

Beyond the competition, we're proud of the community we've built around the tournament. From players and coaches to fans and volunteers, everyone plays a vital role in making this event a success year after year.
